Start of education at KmB
KmB – August 2019
This year, five new apprentices are starting their professional future at KmB Technologie in the professions of industrial clerk, mechatronics technician and machining mechanic.
Dual training in cooperation with EMAG Zerbst (www.emag.com) forms the foundation for a highly qualified apprenticeship. The first day provided an initial overview, many new faces and information as well as initial instructions for our new team members. Over the next few weeks, we will be producing a vice ourselves in the EMAG Zerbst training workshop in order to get a feel for the craft and the materials.
We wish our apprentices an exciting and instructive time!

KmB at the company relay race in Magdeburg
Magdeburg – June 2019
"On your mark, get set, go!" - On 27.06.19 two teams of the KmB technology went at the 11th Magdeburger company relay to the start. The KmB Runners and the KmB Flitzer completed the approx. three kilometre long route through the Elbauenpark in wonderful summer weather.
At Magdeburg's largest running event, more than 5,000 runners in 1,000 teams took the running shoes in their hands. The enthusiastic fans, live music and the exuberant atmosphere rounded off this sporting event.
Next year again with pleasure!
Successful presentation: KmB at the Zerbst Trade Exhibition
Zerbst – May 2019
On the first weekend in May, KmB Technology GmbH presented itself at the 28th Zerbst Trade Exhibition (Gfa).
In addition to the presentation of the company portfolio and the exchange with participating companies, the focus was on the topic of recruiting junior staff and the need for skilled workers. A positive balance can be drawn after the three-day event. Questions about apprenticeships and internships had to be answered. There were also discussions with applicants for permanent positions.
The trade exhibition is the largest trade fair in Saxony-Anhalt and, together with the asparagus market, attracts many visitors of all ages to the Zerbst Castle Garden every year.
The stork is back
KmB – March 2019
Already for the 10th time this year we are pleased to welcome storks from far away Africa on the premises of KmB Technology.
In 2010 a pair of storks settled for the first time and since 2011 they have been delighted with their offspring.
This natural spectacle has long since become a valued tradition of many colleagues. In summer, the employees of KmB Technology will have to "retract their heads" again! - Then the flying hours of the young storks begin.

With Niklas Lindau, KmB Technology was able to employ a motivated specialist after successfully completing an apprenticeship. The trained industrial manager was able to complete his training prematurely due to very good performance and is now working in procurement. KmB Technology is currently training 14 young people over three years in the following areas:
• Mechatronics
• Metal cutting mechanics
• Industrial managment

Company pension provision
added value for all employees
HDI – December 2018
On the 05th of December,2018, both the management and the works' council signed the company agreement on company pension plans with HDI Versicherung AG. This is financed by the employer and can be supplemented by the employee with deferred compensation. It is a start-up financing of the KmB Technology to improve the later pension with free choice of a capital payment or a monthly pension subsidy.
